Our History

June 2026

Skills Development & Safety Training

The foundation further strengthened its youth development efforts through a 3-month First Aid and Safety Training Programme, training 50 young participants. This initiative improved employability, enhanced emergency response skills, and contributed to safer, more prepared communities.

August 2025

Youth Mental Health Awareness

In 2025, McIntyne Hope Foundation expanded its impact by delivering a Youth Mental Health Awareness Programme that reached 300 learners. The initiative focused on promoting emotional well-being, reducing stigma, and encouraging access to mental health support services, contributing to stronger and more resilient communities.

Septmber 2024

Digital Skills Development Impact

In 2024, McIntyne Hope Foundation successfully implemented a Digital Literacy and Technical Skills Programme in partnership with EduNexus College, equipping 50 young people with essential digital and technical skills. The programme achieved a 100% completion rate and significantly improved participants’ employability and access to opportunities in the digital economy, demonstrating the foundation’s commitment to youth empowerment and innovation.

Reaching 50 Volunteers

In 2023, McIntyne Hope Foundation successfully engaged and mobilised 50 dedicated volunteers who played a vital role in supporting our community initiatives. Their commitment and passion strengthened our outreach efforts, enabling us to extend our impact, deliver programmes effectively, and bring hope to more individuals and families in need.

Food Security Intervention

McIntyne Hope Foundation hosted a high-impact Youth Skills & Empowerment Expo in partnership with Umnotho Community Organisation, reaching over 200 young people. The initiative provided practical skills training, mentorship, and entrepreneurship exposure, resulting in increased confidence, career awareness, and access to opportunities for youth participants.
